67th annual district art show

The District Art Show is a tradition that began in 1959. Battle Ground High School art teacher Bob Peck, in collaboration with Battle Ground city librarian Florence Rieck, started the show as a way to share students’ artistic talents with the community.

This year, the art show will be a little different. Instead of a juried art show, student artwork and class artwork will be displayed digitally. A few art teachers will also speak briefly about importance of art in our schools.
